Never any internal problems, but I replaced the TB around 250,000 miles. It was starting to use maybe 1/2 quart of oil between changes before I sold it.My problem was the automatic didn’t response well to shift down when starting to accelerate unless you press really deed and that often activated unwanted kick down shift. All by all not responsive in correlation with how far you press the accelerator.
